The Saudi Stock Exchange witnessed today, Sunday, the execution of two special deals on the Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company’s shares within the stock’s trading levels during the session.

According to trading data, the value of the two deals amounted to 57.33 million riyals, through 7 million shares, and the execution was at a price of 8.19 riyals for the two deals.

The stock was traded during today’s session between 8.44 riyals and 8.15 riyals per share, which are the highest and lowest prices per share, respectively.

Private deals are orders executed through an agreement between a selling investor and a buying investor on specific securities, at a specific price; in accordance with the controls (trading) and regulations of the Capital Market Authority.

Private deals do not affect the last trade price, the highest and lowest stock price, the opening price, the closing price, the market index, or the sector indices, but they do affect the trading volumes and values.
