Saudi Aramco's profits in the third quarter of 2023 declined by about 23% to levels of 122.2 billion riyals, compared to 159.1 billion riyals in the corresponding quarter of last year.

Sales in the third quarter of the current year declined by 22% to levels of 424.1 billion riyals, compared to sales of 543.7 billion riyals.

Dividend distribution

Saudi Aramco announced the distribution of basic dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of 2023, with a total distributed amount of 110.18 billion Saudi riyals, divided into two parts:

1- Basic dividends: 73.16 billion Saudi riyals

2- Performance-related dividends: 37.02 billion Saudi riyals

The number of outstanding shares is approximately 242 billion shares, with an eligibility date of November 14, 2023.
