The net profit of Zain Saudi Arabia decreased by 7.46% in the second quarter of 2023 to 124 million Saudi riyals, from 134 million riyals recorded in the same period last year.
The company's revenues increased during this period by 8.43% to 2.39 billion riyals in the second quarter of 2023 from 2.2 billion riyals in the same period of 2022.
In the first half of 2023, the net profit after zakat and tax amounted to 687 million riyals, an increase of 221% compared to the same period last year, when the profits amounted to 214 million riyals.
During the same period, revenues amounted to 4.8 billion riyals, an increase of 9.81% compared to the first half of last year, when revenues amounted to 4.3 billion riyals.
Earnings per share recorded 0.76 riyals in the first half of this year, up from 0.24 riyals in the same period last year.
