The company clarified that the coverage percentage of the total offered shares amounted to 93.76%, while the value of subscribed shares amounted to approximately 375.042 million riyals.

She stated that the remaining shares will be offered to a number of institutional investors, provided that these institutions make offers for the remaining shares.

The remaining shares will be allocated to investment institutions by giving priority to the highest price offer and then the lowest and lowest (provided that it is not less than the offering price), provided that the shares are allocated in proportion to the investment institutions That offer the same offer.

In the event that there are shares not purchased by investment institutions, these shares will be allocated to the underwriter who will purchase them at the offering price.

The company stated that the beginning of the remaining offering will be on July 7, with the ending date of the offering being on the 8th of the same month.

The remaining offering period for unsubscribed shares of 3.496 million shares will start from 10 am on Tuesday, 7 July 2020, and will continue until 5 pm on Wednesday 8 This July.
