Damac Properties announced that it has awarded development contracts worth 430 million dirhams, to complete construction work on the company's most prominent projects within the United Arab Emirates, during the first quarter of 2019.

In a statement, Namazone viewed a copy of it, the company explained that the contracts awarded varied between completing construction work in its second residential complex, and finalizing other projects that were about to be completed within the state.

The percentage of contracts granted within the Akoya complex project reached 41% of the total contracts, while Ghalia Tower, the first luxury furnished project compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia from Damac Properties, has reached 4%.

While the percentage of contracts granted within the DAMAC Hills residential complex came to 16%, 12% was allocated to complete the Damac Towers project from Paramount Hotels and Resorts Dubai, and 21% to other projects. In addition, the company has allocated 6% to award contracts for conducting studies to develop new business, and conducting research and feasibility studies for a number of future projects.

The statement adds that in 2018, there were many developments for Damac, as the company delivered 4,100 units, which is the largest number of units the company received in one year.
