According to Al Bayan newspaper, the first indicator that Dubai issued globally was the use of smart phone applications to obtain loyalty coupons and prizes issued by various companies and retail stores, where the report stated that Dubai residents outnumber their consumer counterparts in any other city globally in this indicator. < / p>


The report stated that the percentage of consumers who receive loyalty vouchers and prizes through smart phone applications in Dubai, to the total population, is 34%, which is the percentage that exceeds any city in the world, as well as the global average, which is 24%.


The rate in Abu Dhabi reached 27%. Dubai topped the cities of the region in the proportion of its consumers who request food delivery service, through smart phone applications, at least once a week, as this percentage to the total population in Dubai reached 67%, and in Abu Dhabi 58%, while the average global ratio was only 40%.


The situation did not differ in ordering grocery products via smart phone applications, as the percentage of the population who requested this service at least once a week in Dubai reached 53%, while in Abu Dhabi it reached 47%, while the average global ratio was only 35%.


Finally, Dubai topped the cities of the region in the impact of a sense of security on the choice of destination, with 57% of Dubai residents reporting that feeling of security is the first reason why they prefer to live in Dubai, while this percentage in Abu Dhabi reached 46%, and the global average ratio was 27% Only.
