SABIC Agricultural Nutrients Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2022, with a total of about 1.904 billion riyals, for a number of shares entitled to dividends of about 476.04 million shares.
According to Arabiya Net, SABIC Nutrients said in a statement, that the share of the distribution is 4 riyals, with a distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share of 40%.
She added that the eligibility for cash dividends will be for the shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Sunday, July 17, 2022, and who are registered in the company's shareholders register with the Financial Statements Depository Center Company, as a deposit at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company had announced the preliminary financial results for the period ending on March 31, 2022, achieving an increase in net profit of 2.513 billion riyals, an increase of 494% compared to profits of 423 million riyals recorded by the company during the same period in 2021.
