The Saudi Stock Exchange witnessed, today, Wednesday, the execution of a special deal on the Savola Group share, within the share trading levels during the session.
According to Tadawul data, the deal was worth 11.39 million riyals, through 438.18 thousand shares, and the deal was executed at a price of 26 riyals per share.
The stock was traded during today’s session between 26.40 riyals and 26 riyals per share, which are the highest and lowest prices for the stock during the session, respectively.
Private deals are orders executed through an agreement between a selling investor and a buying investor on specific securities, at a specific price; in accordance with the controls (trading) and regulations of the Capital Market Authority.
Private deals do not affect the last trade price, the highest and lowest stock price, the opening price, the closing price, the market index, or the sector indices, but they do affect the trading volumes and values.
