The Board of Directors of the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Maritime) recommended distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2020.
According to Arabiya Net, the company said in a statement that the total amount to be distributed is 393.75 million riyals, and the share of the share in the distributions is one riyal.

This comes at a time when the company’s board of directors approved today a dividend policy for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
The policy aims to maintain a minimum number of dividends per share on a basis of two riyals per year.
The dividend distribution policy stipulates that the Saudi National Shipping Company aims to distribute 1 Saudi riyal per share for every half year, for the next 3 years, starting from 2020.
