The total number of mortgage transactions in various regions during the first half was 1,166 transactions, at a value of 2.8 billion dirhams.

The number of sales transactions in various regions of the emirate during the first half of 2020 reached 1,218 transactions, the city of Sharjah acquired the largest share of it by 1,030 transactions that took place in 86 regions , With a value amounting to 1.6 billion dirhams, and topped by the regions of Al-Khan, Al-Nahda and Al-Tayy, with 46% of the total transactions in the city, where the number of sales transactions in the area of ​​Al-Khan reached 183 transactions with a value of 229 million dirhams.

As for the central region, the number of sales transactions in it reached 39 transactions that took place in 23 different regions with a value of 32.9 million dirhams, and the highest turnover in the Blida region was 8.3 Million dirhams.

Concerning the city of Khor Fakkan, 57 transactions took place in 15 regions of the city, with a value of 44.9 million dirhams, and the highest turnover was in the Haywa region, with a value of 7.1 million dirhams.

In the city of Dibba Al-Hisn, 11 sales were made in 4 regions, topped by the Northern District with 6 transactions amounting to 3 million dirhams.

The number of transactions in the city of Kalba reached 81 transactions in 24 regions with a value of 32.2 million dirhams, and the highest turnover in the Al-Saaf region reached 4.6 million dirhams.

As for the sale transactions according to the real estate classification, residential properties accounted for the largest share, with 845 transactions, with a percentage of 69.4% of the total number of transactions, and commercial real estate at 166 Treatment by 13.6%, and industrial real estate also by 166, by 13.6%, while agricultural real estate ranked last with 41 transactions, by 3.4%.
