Saudi Aramco's profits attributable to shareholders declined by 0.4% during the third quarter of this year to reach 97.3 billion riyals, below the average forecast of 98.4 billion riyals.

Total revenues decreased by 10% year-on-year to 418.2 billion riyals.

This is in addition to the fact that profits attributable to shareholders for the first 9 months of 2025 declined to 278.5 billion riyals, compared to 307.1 billion riyals during the same period last year.

Saudi Aramco revealed dividends of 80.12 billion riyals, or 0.33 riyals per share, for the third quarter.

Basic dividends amounted to SAR 79.3 billion, or SAR 0.32 per share, while performance-related dividends amounted to SAR 0.82 billion, or SAR 0.003 per share.

Capital spending decreased by 5% year-on-year to SAR 47.1 billion, while the debt ratio increased to 6.3% compared to 1.9% in the third quarter of 2024.

Meanwhile, gas production rose by about 5% year-on-year to 12.6 billion cubic feet per day.
