The eligibility date will be for the shareholders who own the bank’s shares at the end of trading on Dhu al-Hijjah 01, 1442 AH corresponding to July 11, and who are registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The preliminary financial results of Banque Saudi Fransi showed an increase in its net profit after zakat and tax, by 14.37% in the first quarter of this year, to 780 million riyals, compared to a net profit of about 682 million riyals in the same quarter of 2020.

On a quarterly basis, Banque Saudi Fransi's net profit increased by 729.8% compared to a net profit of SAR 94 million in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The main reason for the increase in profits in the first quarter of 2021 is a decrease in total operating expenses by 6.93%, and an increase in total operating income by 2.22%.
