US stock index futures were marginally higher during pre-opening trading on Thursday. Here's a look at how US indices performed :
- Dow Jones futures rose 0.07% to 40,069.00 points.
- Nasdaq 100 futures rose 0.13% to settle at 18,716.75.
- S&P 500 futures rose 0.08% to around 5,337.00 points.
It is worth noting that the US stock indices had closed their last session, yesterday, Wednesday, with a strong rise in all their main indices, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average ended trading with a rise of 0.88%, or about 349.89 points, to reach the level of 39,908.00 points.
Also, the S&P 500 index ended the last session with a strong rise of 1.17% to reach 5,308.15 points, and also, the Nasdaq Composite Index rose by 1.49% or about 273.88 points, to reach 18,596.65 points at the end of trading on the US Stock Exchange.
