The listing and trading of units of the Sedco Capital Multi-Asset Exchange Traded Fund (SEDCO Capital) as a closed-end exchange-traded fund on the main market of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has begun as of today, Wednesday, July 24, 2024, with a trading symbol of 4703 and an international symbol of SA162G529FL8.

The daily price fluctuation limits will be +/- 30% with a fixed price fluctuation limit of +/- 10%, and these limits will be applied only during the first three days of listing, and starting from the fourth day of trading, the daily price fluctuation limits will be reset to -/+ 10%, and the fixed price fluctuation limits will be cancelled, according to a previous statement by the Saudi Stock Exchange.

It is noteworthy that the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) added the securities subscribed to the SEDCO Capital Multi-Asset Traded Fund, last Monday, to the center’s accounts for eligible shareholders.

The parallel market of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Nomu) also welcomed a new arrival today, Wednesday, with the start of listing and trading the shares of Al-Ashghal Al-Maisarah Trading Company, with the trading symbol 9608 and the international symbol SA163GP4M416.

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said earlier that the daily price fluctuation limits for the company’s shares will be +/- 30%, with fixed price fluctuation limits of +/- 10%.

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) added the securities subscribed to Al-Ashghal Al-Musayyara Company, last Monday, to the center’s accounts for the eligible shareholders.

On July 18, Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and subscription manager for the offering of Al-Ashghal Al-Musayrah shares in the parallel market (Nomu), announced the completion of the offering of 480,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of the company’s shares after the offering.

It is noteworthy that the offering price amounted to 50 Saudi riyals per share, and the coverage rate amounted to 430.80% of the total shares offered during the offering period.
