US stock index futures were mixed slightly during market trading ahead of the US session opening on Wednesday. Here is a look at the performance of the major US stock indexes :
- {{8873|Dow Jones futures}} fell 0.03% to 39,586.00 points.
- {{8874|Nasdaq 100 futures}} rose by about 0.12% to settle at 20,703.75 points.
- S&P 500 futures rose 0.04% to around 5,633.50 points.
It is worth noting that US stocks closed trading yesterday, Tuesday, with a difference in all of their main indicators, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average ended trading with a slight decrease of 0.13%, or about 52.82 points, to reach 39,291.97 points.
However, the S&P 500 index ended the previous session slightly higher by 0.07% to reach 5,576.98 points, and the Nasdaq Composite Index also rose by 0.07% or about 13.48 points, to reach 20,453.02 points at the end of trading on the US Stock Exchange.
