European stocks fell at the beginning of Monday's trading, with the impact of weak Chinese growth data on risk sentiment, and follow-up on corporate earnings.

The decline comes as investors assessed data that showed China's economy expanded 6.3% in the second quarter on an annual basis, below expectations of 7.3%.

The Stoxx 600 index fell 0.43% at 458 points, with most sectors declining.

Likewise, the British “FTSE 100” declined by 0.17% to 7422 points, the German “DAX 30” decreased by 0.26% at 16062 points, and the French “CAC 40” decreased by 0.72% to 7321 points.

This week, it is scheduled to issue the results of several companies in Europe, including “Novartis” and “ASML”, in addition to the results of American companies, including “Tesla Company (NASDAQ: Tesla)”.
