Real estate disposal in Dubai Land Department has achieved more than 4.84 billion dirhams this week.

According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed the registration of 650 sales pledges of 1.58 billion dirhams, including 135 sales of lands valued at 963.66 million dirhams and 515 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 612.97 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 200 million dirhams in Al-Yafra 1, followed by a pledge of 68 million dirhams in the Dubai Maritime City region, followed by a pledge of 62 million dirhams in Al Barsha South of the Third.

The fourth Habiya region topped the regions in terms of number of sales, registering 18 sales with a value of 43 million dirhams, followed by Al Jaddaf area with 18 sales pledging 155 million dirhams and a third in Jebel Ali I It recorded 11 sales pledge of 24 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of 18 million dirhams came to the Palm Jumeirah area as the most important sales, followed by a 12 million dirham in Burj Khalifa and finally a pledge of 6 million AED in the Business Bay.

Al Barsha South topped the fourth region with regard to the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 55 sales pledging with value of 31 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay area, registering 50 allegations with a value of 105 million dirhams and third In Dubai Marina, it recorded 41 allegations of 63 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 2.99 billion dirhams, including 176 mortgages of land valued at 2.88 billion dirhams and 124 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 117.31 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the first industrial zone of Al Qusais, at a value of 520 One million dirhams and another in the first Thanya region, at a value of 431 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 114 gifts were received, valued at 267.41 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 97 million dirhams, and another in the Mirdif region, with a value of 42 million dirhams.
