According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed the registration of 320 sales of 521.38 million dirhams, including 26 sales of land valued at 90.72 million dirhams and 294 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 430.65 million dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 16 million dirhams in the Al-Merkad area, followed by a sales of 8 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area and the value of 8 million dirhams in the Al-Merkad region.

Jebel Ali, the first region topped the regions in terms of number of sales, recording 5 sales amounting to 13 million dirhams, followed by the sixth Habiya region with 4 sales amounting to 7 million dirhams, and a third in Wadi Al-Safa 6 with 3 sales proceeds, amounting to 10 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, sales of 16 million dirhams came in the Business Bay region, as the most important sales, followed by sales of 10 million dirhams in the first Jumeirah area and finally allegiance of 8 million AED in the Burj Khalifa area.

Al Barsha South topped the fourth area with regard to the number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 56 sales of 34 million dirhams, followed by Al-Merkad region with 50 pledges of 90 million dirhams and third in Business Bay with 37 sales pledging 64 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 595.16 million dirhams, including 51 mortgages of land valued at 481.82 million dirhams and 98 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 113.34 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al-Wasl region with a value of 138 million dirhams and others In the Al Jaddaf area, worth 121 million dirhams.
