The board of directors of the UAE Dana Gas Company met yesterday, Wednesday, and discussed several issues related to the company's operations in Egypt, the UAE, and the Kurdistan region of Iraq.

The company said in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, today, Thursday, that the Board of Directors discussed during the meeting the latest developments in the sale of the company's assets in Egypt.

The Board reviewed a report on the new corporate governance manual, a report on the progress of legal cases and arbitration cases, in addition to other routine matters.

The company had stated at the beginning of this week that the board of directors would meet on January 27th To discuss the conduct of its operations in Egypt, the Emirates and the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
