The board of directors of the Saudi British Bank (SABB) recommended, on Sunday, the distribution of cash dividends of .13 billion riyals for the first half of this year.

According to the bank's statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul), today, Monday, the distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share amounted to 5.5%, equivalent to 0.55 riyals per share.

The bank clarified in the statement that the number of shares entitled to dividends amounted to approximately 2.06 billion shares.

The bank said that the eligibility for dividends for the first half of the shareholders who own shares on the due date is Wednesday, corresponding to July 13, 2022, and are registered in the bank's records with the Securities Depository Center Company At the end of the second trading day following the due date.

As for the distribution date, SAP clarified that the distribution will be on July 27, 2022.
