Crude oil futures fell during the Asian session on Wednesday.
According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, March crude oil futures were trading at USD77.50 per barrel at the time of writing, down 0.41%.
The session was previously traded lower at USD77.45 per barrel. Crude oil may find support points at USD75.16 and resistance at USD79.29.
Dollar Index futures, which measure the US currency's performance against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.21% to trade at USD103.43.
At the same time on Nymex, the price of Brent oil for April fell by 0.44% to trade at USD82.14 per barrel, while the spread between Brent oil and crude oil contracts stood at USD4.64 per barrel.
