Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange today announced the listing of bonds issued by the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi worth $5 billion.
The market said in a circular today that the listing will be in three tranches, starting from Friday, June 21.
According to the pricing provisions list, the first tranche of bonds will be worth $1.75 billion with a fixed coupon of 4.875% due in 2029, while the second tranche will be worth $1.5 billion with a fixed coupon of 5% due in 2034, and the third tranche will be worth $1.75 billion with a fixed coupon of 5.5% due in 2054.
