Dubai real estate achieves 4.3 billion dirhams this week

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department achieved more than 4.3 billion dirhams this week.

According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed the registration of 1144 sales of 2.09 billion dirhams, including 109 sales of lands worth 438.22 million dirhams and 1,035 sales of apartments and villas worth 1.66 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales of 38 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by 35 million dirhams in Gezira 2, followed by 30 million dirhams in the Al Thanyah fourth area .

The Nad Al Sheba third region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 27 pledges worth 66 million dirhams, followed by the fourth Al-Habibiah region with 20 sales of 45 million dirhams and the third in Nad Al Sheba is the first to record 18 allegations of 36 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 20 million dirhams came in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, as the most important sales, followed by a pledge of 15 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area and finally a pledge With a value of 12 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 100 sales of 139 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina with 78 sales of 152 million dirhams and the third in Al Barsha South Fourth, registering 67 allegations, worth 41 million dirhams.
