legal process

It is reported that Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank had started last week in criminal legal proceedings with the Attorney General in Abu Dhabi against a number of individuals associated with NMC Health.

The bank said in a statement on Wednesday that this measure is in line with the bank's goal to protect its interests.

While Shetty explained in a statement: Given that my legal investigations have now begun to show some preliminary results, and given some false and false allegations against me, I will discuss the response in an appropriate manner and with the relevant authorities in the Emirates and elsewhere.

Additionally, NMC recently disclosed that it had tracked debts of more than $ 6.6 billion that had not been disclosed since the announcement of the interim financial statements of the Healthcare Group on June 30, 2019.

Last week, the UK Supreme Court issued a decision appointing a court guard for NMC Healthcare, in response to the request made by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and in light of the company's failure to object to the request.
