The current concession for area G1 / 61 is due to expire in April 2022, and then PTTEP Energy will start operating the field. Under the contract signed between the two sides, PTEPEP Energy Development Company will receive a 60% stake in the field, while Mubadala Petroleum will obtain a share of 40% of the joint production contract.
