In an interview with Al Arabiya, the founder and chairman of the Emirati Al Habtoor Group, Khalaf Al Habtoor, said that the group aims to offer a stake of up to 35% to the public offering.


Al Habtoor added that the company's initial public offering could take place in the third quarter of 2022.


Regarding occupancy rates, Al Habtoor said occupancy in our hotels exceeds 90%, and the current conditions encourage the study of the initial offering and listing.


Al Habtoor pointed out that Bentley car factories are not meeting the strong demand in the UAE.


Khalaf Al Habtoor expected the group to achieve a revenue growth of 37% in 2021, compared to 2019.


He also expected that the group's revenues in the hospitality sector would increase by 43% in the first quarter of 2022, compared to the same period in 2021.


In the car rental sector, the subsidiary company Dimondlease increased the number of its fleet by 20%, to exceed 12,000 cars, with a utilization rate of 90%.
