DP World has completed its acquisition of a 51% stake in TIS Container Terminal at Yuzhny Port in Ukraine, after completing the required conditions and the necessary regulatory approvals.

According to Al Bayan newspaper, this project will be the second partnership for DP World with the shareholders of TIS container terminal, and the first partnership was very successful with P&O Maritime Ukraine By providing towing services at major seaports on the Black Sea in Ukraine.
