Saudi Aramco (TADAWUL:2222) has added significant amounts of proven gas and condensate reserves to the unconventional Jafurah field, Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said.
He explained that the additional confirmed quantities amounted to 15 trillion standard cubic feet of gas... This achievement was achieved as a result of applying the highest international standards in estimating and developing hydrocarbon resources in a way that ensures their proper exploitation.
Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said in a statement published by the Saudi Press Agency that the reserves in the Jafurah field are now estimated at about 229 trillion standard cubic feet of gas and 75 billion barrels of condensates.
