Vertiglobe Holdings has raised approximately $795 million by offering a 13.8% of its shares on the stock exchange, the third largest listing in Abu Dhabi.

According to Arab Net, the company has attracted $17 billion in orders from investors, including Singapore's sovereign wealth fund and US investor Jeff Ubben, and the IPO price has been set. The company's initial at 2.55 dirhams, valuing the company at 5.8 billion dollars.

Fertiglobe Holding is a fertilizer focused strategic partnership between ADNOC and OCI.
