The Kuwaiti Agility Company announced a reduction in the proposed cash dividends for the previous year, and an increase in the bonus distributions for that year.

Agility, listed on the Kuwait and Dubai stock exchanges, said that the company's board of directors recommended yesterday, Monday, to reduce the cash distribution percentage from 20% to 5% of the nominal value of the share by 5 fils. Per share.

The company’s board of directors also recommended adjusting the percentage of free distribution (bonus) from 10% to 15% of the capital by 15 shares per 100 shares.
