A report issued by the Dubai Statistics Center revealed that the inflation rate in the Emirate of Dubai remained in the negative range for the 34th consecutive month, at (1.5%) during the month of September.

The record fell to 102 points last September, compared to 103 points during the same period in 2020.

The inflation rate entered the negative range in December of 2018, for the first time in about 4 years.

A wave of rise hit global commodity prices, which raised fears about an increase in inflation rates to unprecedented levels, which raises doubts about the economic recovery from the Corona pandemic.
