Aldar Properties Company achieved an increase in profits by 27% in the first quarter of this year to reach 688 million dirhams.


According to Arabiya Net, the company said that it recorded a record level of sales in its development projects worth 2.2 billion dirhams, with the inclusion of the strong results of the Egyptian company SODIC, which was recently acquired by Aldar.

The company affirmed its commitment to investing one billion dirhams to expand the education portfolio.

Aldar Properties has achieved a net profit growth of 20% during the past year compared to 2020.

The company, listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, indicated that net profits amounted to 2.3 billion dirhams in 2021, compared to 1.9 billion dirhams during 2020.
