Talal Al Theyabi, CEO of Aldar Properties, confirmed that the company has achieved advanced stages in the design work of partnership projects with Emaar, where it is expected to start the implementation of Saadiyat Grove project during the second half of 2019 , As well as the start of the implementation of the Emaar Beach Front project in Dubai.

Al-Thiabi stated that the company is currently completing all contracts to establish a partnership with Emaar, and includes 3 major contracts, in addition to sub-contracts, which will be announced soon, stating that Saadiyat Grove features a strategic location among cultural museums on Saadiyat Island, and provides about 3 thousand housing units, shops, hotels, hotel apartments and offices, where the first phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022.

Al-Thiabi explained that the sales of development projects during the past year amounted to 2.6 billion dirhams, especially in West Yas, Yas Acres, Al-Saadiyat Walk, Reflection, Al-Ghadeer and Waters IJ projects. And Al-Narayel pointed out that the last quarter of last year witnessed a strong performance, during which development projects achieved 1.3 billion dirhams, 78% of development projects under construction were sold at the end of 2018, and the house succeeded in launching 1423 housing units for sale in 2018, in addition to Delivery of 1,237 housing units over the past year.

The two projects, Al Daro Emaar, signed in March 2018, signed an agreement to establish a partnership and launch local and global urban destinations worth 30 billion dirhams, equivalent to $ 8.2 billion, as the Saadiyat Grove project will be developed on an island Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi, and in Dubai, the new destination, Emaar Beachfront, which includes 7,000 residential units, will be developed.
