Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2022, with a total of about 36 million riyals, for the number of shares entitled to dividends of 30 million shares.
According to Arabiya Net, MIS said in a statement that the share of the share of the distribution is 1.2 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 12% to the nominal value of the share.
The eligibility date is October 2, 2022, and the distribution date is October 13, 2022.
In a separate statement, Al-Muammar Information Systems Company announced the signing of a contract with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology for a total amount of about 21.87 million riyals, including value added tax.
The contract includes the supply of infrastructure licenses and equipment.
This contract will have a positive financial impact on the company from the second quarter of 2022 until the second quarter of 2024.
