Real estate disposal in Dubai Land Department has achieved more than 1.49 billion dirhams during the past week.


According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed the registration of 508 sales of AED 1.08 billion, including 42 sales of land valued at AED 237.85 million and 466 sales of apartments and villas at a value of AED 846.59 million.


The most important land sales came with a value of 21 million dirhams in the Island 2 region, followed by a sales of 20 million dirhams in the Island 2 region, followed by a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens region.


The Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area topped the regions in terms of number of sales, where it recorded 8 sales of 48 million dirhams, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 5, with 6 sales of 22 million dirhams, and third in Al-Merkaza, with 4 sales of 58 million dirhams.


With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of AED 13 million came in Dubai Marina, as the most important sales were followed by a pledge of 12 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 10 million dirhams in the Merkad area.


Dubai Marina area topped the areas in terms of number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 73 sales of 178 million dirhams, followed by the first Khiran region with 35 sales of 58 million dirhams and third in Al Barsha South Fourth with 31 sales of 18 million dirhams.


The mortgages recorded a value of 380.46 million dirhams, including 25 mortgages of land valued at 338.72 million dirhams, 40 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 41.74 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Al Barsha South II with a value of 186 million dirhams, and another in the first al-Thanya area, with a value of 62 million dirhams.


As for the donations, 15 gifts were valued at 26.28 million dirhams, the most important of which was the Dubai Marina area of ​​9 million dirhams, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area of ​​8 million dirhams.
