The United States is currently preparing a new plan through which it seeks to completely eliminate reliance on Chinese Huawei equipment.
According to ArabiaNet, the US plan to eliminate Huawei's ambitions includes US technology companies, including Microsoft, Dell and ATT, which are working to create advanced communications software, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The technology and equipment of advanced 5G networks is the file that sparked a hegemonic struggle between the two largest economies in the world, and it is also the main reason that prompted US President Donald Trump to launch a trade war on China.
Beijing considers this new technology to be the backbone of many industries that it has announced will develop in a 2025 industry in China such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, robotics, space and aviation equipment.
This approach could turn China into a great technical force that threatens US national security, according to the White House, given Huawei's relations with Chinese military actors, which Huawei denies.
Huawei is known as one of the first companies to build 5G telecom networks alongside Nokia and Ericsson, but the Chinese company still excels in its network development and its positive cost advantage.
These companies rely on common engineering standards that allow 5G software developers to run code programs on all types of machines, whatever their source, which will reduce dependence on Huawei equipment or even negate the need for it and this is what the American president aims.
According to White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow, both Microsoft and Dell are racing against time to develop software and cloud capabilities that will in effect replace much of the equipment Huawei is making, adding that Nokia and Ericsson may also participate in the American project due to their large presence in the states United States.
But according to the experts, the project is still a long way behind and requires significant funding, the source of which has not yet been agreed.
