Lawyers for Carlos Carlos Ghosn, former chairman of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance and the appeals by the Japanese authorities; have demanded in the Dutch court, the release of internal documents related to the dismissal Ghosn from his position in Nissan and Mitsubishi.

According to ArabiaNet, the lawsuit filed in the Netherlands against Nissan and Mitsubishi states that the two companies demobilized Ghosn in a manner inconsistent with Dutch laws, because it did not disclose the details of the allegations.

It is noteworthy that the Nissan-Mitsubishi company, which was also headed by Ghosn, is a registered entity in the Netherlands, which allowed him to bring the case there.

Ghosn's lawyers expect that the documents will show that the two companies were aware of his activities, denying his accusation of misusing the funds.

Ghosn is requesting compensation of about $ 17 million, through this case in the Netherlands.
