Bader Al-Lamki, CEO of Emirates National Central Cooling Company, Tabreed, said that his company is looking forward to acquisitions during the coming period, especially on companies in Egypt.

He added (Arabic): Egypt is an important destination for the company, and we look forward to growth in Saudi Arabia, especially as the Kingdom's 2030 strategy provides opportunities for the company's expansion.

Al-Lamki explained that Tabreed is present in the Gulf countries with the exception of Kuwait, next to India.

He pointed out that the acquisition will be master of the situation during the coming period, explaining that the company is studying each process separately, and will be announced upon completion.

He indicated that the company’s acquisition of Emaar to cool downtown Dubai under a long-term partnership agreement contributed positively to the company's business results during that period.

He emphasized that the company is balanced, its financial policy is good, and it has abundant financial liquidity.

Tabreed's quarterly profit rose 20%, to reach 142 million dirhams.
